PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is something that has worked tremendously for all of my students throughout the years to calm down if they are having anxiety about something or are scared, nervous or sad. Tell them to "smell the flowers" and breathe in through their nose, and "blow out of the candles" and blow out through their mouths. This can be printed and cut as individual reminders to tape to a desk, laminated and punch a hole on the top with yarn through it to make a necklace reminder or even put a metal ring around it to carry around. I made the template in black and white so that the student can take ownership over it and color in the pictures how they want it!
