An easy visual coping skill tool to use with students when they are feeling mad/angry, anxious/worried, upset, and more. There are six choices for the students: deep breaths, counting, read a book, drink some water, stretch, and talk to a grown-up/teacher.
Once you print this, you can laminate this and cut out the choices. You can put them on a ring for the student to choose from. You can attach them to a dice for the students to roll. You can attach them with velcro to a wall for the students to choose from. There are several ideas to choose from!
