I made these sensory coping cards for students to use after I attended the School Moves training. Just print the documents and you can glue the picture on one side of a flash card and the explanation on the other. If you want the cards to last longer, laminate them. Then you can place them on a little ring and give them to students to use as a sensory/coping/or relaxation menu throughout their day. What I like about these cards specifically is that they are free from the use of fidgets or tangible items and they can be done quietly and independently at the students desk.
