Description
So many disruptive students struggle with their behavior because they aren't able to control their body and apply coping skills! Due to all my teen/preteen repeat offender students that can't seem to stay out of ISS and behave themselves, I did a lot of reading on this topic over the summer. From my reading, I came up with this bilingual student activity sheet that helps both Spanish- and English-speaking students to change behavior by applying mindful self-control through coping skills. It works especially well with students of trauma who may not learn healthy control or coping skills at home. The directions to the counselor are provided in English; the student materials are in Spanish and English.
