Students play a game (2 levels included) to collect all the parts of a marshmallow stick while learning to define camping vocabulary.

The Marshmallow Definition Building Game comes with 32 camping vocabulary words:

16 Level 1 (KG - 2nd Grade) Vocabulary

16 Level 2 (3rd -5th Grade) Vocabulary

Students have an opportunity to think of additional camping items and write their own definitions on blank marshmallow sticks.

SLP Tip:

Use memory and visual tools to aid in memory and recall of category, function, and characteristics included in each definition.

Each definition is color coded according to the following symbols:

Green triangle = group

Blue circle = function

Eyeball = senses description
