Review Canadian capital cities with this fun activity! The game comes in colour or print the same cards in black and white. Answer key and directions are included and can be placed with the game in a centre.
How to play Zap!: Shuffle the cards and lay them face down in one pile. Players take turns drawing a card. If they answer the question correctly they keep the card. If they answer the question incorrectly, the card it returned to the bottom of the pile. If a ZAP card is drawn, the player who drew the card returns all their cards to the bottom of the deck. The winner is the player with the most cards.
Note: If you choose to include the game instructions and answer key with the game cards have students remove them before playing. I keep them in the same bag as the game so that students can check thier partner.’s answers. Student play in partners.
Assembly: I print these on cardstock and store them in a ziploc bag. You can laminate the cards if you choose to.
