Product Description
Students are given the opportunity to research 2 aspects of Canadian overseas contributions to the war effort from 1939-1945.

They select one topic that can be classified as a tragedy or setback, and one topic that can be classified as a triumph or victory.

Instructions as well as a sample scoring sheet are included. Each file can be edited to suit your purposes.

I have used this task with both academic and applied classes.

This was designed for a Canadian history class, but it can be easily adapted for other countries' histories.
