This set of tasks cards is a fantastic way to get your students up and moving, reading, counting and recording.
There are 2 sets up task cards with 10 cards in each set. I laminate the cards and allow the students to use dry erase markers directly on the task cards. You can set them around the room and allow small groups or individual students to spend a few minutes at each task card.
The first 10 task cards require to students to figure out what coins could be the possible answer (ex:You have 4 coins that equal 85¢.
Circle the coins that you have.)
The second 10 task cards are shopping at the fruit market. Students are required to count the money shown and figure out which pieces of fruit they can purchase.
If you prefer to not use dry erase markers or allow students to mark on the task cards, I have added recording sheets to keep track of their answers.
I hope you love this product and it makes teaching money a little more fun and engaging.
