This candy-themed feelings and coping skills packet is a quick and easy way to assess student’s feelings and help them identify coping skills for managing uncomfortable feelings. Students will love using a dot marker to identify how they are feeling at home, school, and with friends. Students will also love coloring different situations that make them feel happy, sad, angry, or worried. Lastly, students will enjoy learning about and identifying coping skills that they are willing to try when they are feelings angry/frustrated, sad/disappointed, or worried/scared.
***Added bonus: the feelings pair up nicely with the Zones of Regulation curriculum colors that was created by Leah Kuypers.
