Just Ask Judy

These free counting grids are an easy to prepare candy cane-themed partner activity for preschool and kindergarten math that uses dice (1-6) or a spinner (1-3) and counters to focus on subitizing or number recognition and counting objects with one-to-one correspondence. There are two grids, one with 20 spaces and one with 30 spaces, each in color and black/ gray/ white. Two spinners (1-3), one with quantities and one with numbers, also in color and black/ gray/ white, are included. This activity is perfect for use with a small guided, resource, or intervention group or as an independent station.

There is also a set of color only round number cards, 1-20, which you can use to create counting activities.
