These fraction puzzles would be perfect to use at a Mathematics Center, during small group, or for RTI. The prep is minimal, just print, laminate, and cut the candy corn pieces apart. The students will match the candy corn pieces to include the fraction, shaded fraction, and fraction plotted on the number line coordinate.
I have included two sets- one in color and one in outline.
Two different recording sheets are provided for accountability.
I plan to choose 10 or 15 for the students to match, number the bottom of the candy corn and create an answer key. I was not able to include one because I am not sure which 15 puzzles you plan to use.
I hope our students enjoy being active learners with this activity!
