This is a fun, unique activity to help students practice understanding prime and compsite numbers. Students will sort out candy corn cards labeled 1-100. They will sort by either prime or composite and record their answers on the recording sheet. They must tell whether it is prime or composite and list its factors.
Great for a Halloween math activity, math center, group work or individual work, or substitute activity. Not just for Halloween though. Fun to use anytime!
Note: You can decide how many cards students use. Laminate for longer use. Comes with answer key and teacher and student directions.
