I absolutely love Autumn in the Midwest. And when I see the sign of the first candy corn, I'm ready for cool weather, falling leaves, homemade soup, and of course Trick-or-Treaters! These adorable Candy Corn Puzzles will get you in the mood too once you see the white, orange, and yellow candy.
The top layer of the candy has a lower case letter. The bottom layer has the corresponding capital letter. And right smack dab in the middle, you will find an adorable picture that begins with the corresponding sound. All 26 letters are included in color on a full size sheet. Included you will find a few variations on letter "X" including X-ray, Xylophone, and BoX. I've also included a smaller scaled down version with four per page in case you need to be more ink-friendly.
To prepare these, simply print, laminate, and cut out. You can separate the top and bottom from the middle but cutting along the lines to create the puzzle. If you have a lot of working space, the large cards are the way to go. If you don't, my suggestion is to go for the smaller candy cards. Also, you could run an extra set of the smaller candy corns and simply use them as flash cards or to sequence in ABC order. So really you have two games in one!
