Brought to you by Kodaly Music With Mrs Perry, this little gem is loaded with goodies. You have many choices in this depending on your children's needs. There are 8 pages here and they are embedded with Native American Flute accompaniment, as well as lots of interactive work for the students.
Here is what you get:
*RHYTHM - Page 1 has sparkly, moving stars on entry, and a serene lake setting. There are canoes lined up for beats and text is under them. Tap on the boats where the syncopa is and they will light up with a dot, dash, dot. Page 2 has puddles of pale moonlight and canoes, along with the text for you to have students draw the rhythms in your way. Page 3 has the notation already there. Tap on the 'syncopa' and it will flip about and yell "Woo Hoo". Tap the incorrect ones and you will hear "noooooo".
*MELODY - There are two pages of melody. This is for those of us who use only low la at the end of the song and those of us who use the song to prepare for low so. On the low so page, you can tap the low so and it will light up and yell "Woo Hoo". On both pages, you can add the bar lines for meter work. In addition, there is embedded Native American Flute accompaniment for your singers. (especially good when your voice is failing). There are two more pages of melody without sticks, just for melody work.
*ACCOMPANIMENT - there is a page of accompaniment for your children to play. The xylophone part is written so that you may tailor it to meet your needs. Tap the note and it disappears. There is also a drum part.
