I created this assignment in order to shake things up with my British Literature class, instead of simply reading the stories together. Students are allowed to work in pairs (you are able to change this if needed,)
and after being given a pilgrim, students will create a presentation of the pilgrim’s tale and present it to the class. This project has requirements, of course, but allows the students to know a pilgrim well, break the story down, and use images and technology.
When students present, I have classmates take notes to learn about all pilgrim tales.
