St. Patrick's Day Card Game!
This product is a fun and engaging game. The deck has 27 cards; three cards for each number one thru nine. Each player will receive three gold coin cards.
Rules: “Trap a Leprechaun if you can” Gotcha Card Game
Use three players
Shuffle 27 cards, and deal the entire deck, where each player receives a stack of nine cards.
The player left of the dealer will place on the table one to three cards facedown of any cards in his hand. Then, make a statement that he has one, two, or three cards of the number one. The statement can be true or false depending on the player’s decision whether to be truthful or to bluff in order to get rid of cards in his hand.
If the other players believe the statement and do not challenge the player, then the next player will take a turn, place his cards down, and make a similar statement about the number two and how many cards he has.
If any of the other players do not believe the statement and challenge the player, then that player will call out Gotcha!
After the player is challenged, the cards are turned face up to see if statement is true or false.
If the cards are indeed true, then the player who did the challenging gives one of his gold coins to the player.
If the cards are indeed false, then the player who made the false statement gives one of his gold coins to the challenger.
After the challenge is settled, the next player will take their turn and make a similar statement about the next number in sequence one to nine.
Same as before, if no one challenge the player the next player will take a turn, but if that player is challenged then cards are turned face up to see if true or not.
If there is a challenge, someone will lose a gold coin card.
The game continues until all numbers one thru nine has been used in order. After that, any number can use in any order.
If a player is out of cards in his hand, he can continue to play as long as he has a gold coin card. He has to have a gold coin card left so that he can pay the price for being wrong if he should challenge other players.
The game continues until players no longer have any cards to lie down.
The player with the most gold coin cards wins the game.
