This is a fitness activity that incorporates cardiovascular exercise with abdominal and core work. Students are challenged to work toward a goal they set for themselves. The bottom of the resource page shows how many rounds they must complete to earn bronze, silver, or gold distinctions. Students can work in small groups while they strive to reach their own personal goal. Whether you are a PE teacher, substituting or a general classroom teacher, this lesson is for you.
