Love interactive hands-on labs, then this is for you--in stations! With heart disease being a leading cause of death, spend time and teach your students in depth with these inquiry-based stations. Students will explore all aspects of the cardiovascular system by completing a variety of stations that are interactive and includes multiple mini labs. Students will explore the heart and how it works, examine blood, model the interactions of blood vessels and much more. Once you use these stations you will never go back to anything less. Students explore and do mini experiments at nearly every station and when they are done, they will know a ton. NOTE: there are some inexpensive non-consumables required.
Materials Needed: 2 primer bulbs, plastic tubing, hard/tennis ball, soft/squishy ball (the rest is general items you likely have in your classroom already)
