This modern career exploration mini-unit includes the following activities:

Students will have access to videos and articles that focus on unique aspects and topics in selecting a career and achieving future success. Examples include teen entrepreneurs achieving success now, success stories of people who beat incredible odds, information on how to start your own business, and promising careers with 2 year degrees and non-degree career opportunities.
For the final project, students will choose a career, conduct research, and create a slides presentation on the career of their choice! A final project handout with suggested research questions will help guide your students thorough a structured research process.
A sample career research-based slides presentation is included to serve as a project model. This student presentation will motivate and excite your students. They will be ready to explore and research careers on their own!

Students will be able to access the project’s bookmarked links from Symbaloo’s website (no account registration or sign up is needed).
