This classroom guidance lesson encourages students to consider how their future careers can align with their interests. Students complete a "scoot" activity to examine 30 career interests. Students meet with peers who identified interests in the same career clusters to review potential careers and how these careers align with their interests.
I use this lesson with 6th grade, but it is appropriate for grades 5-6. Includes lesson plan (objectives, outline, materials list, ASCA standards alignment), handouts, visual aids, and objectives assessment checklist.Save with Bundled Units!
