Product Description
This is a great writing activity for upper middle school and lower high school students!

In working with special education students of a transition age, it is important to get them thinking about their career goals. For some students, what they want to be when they grow up is a fantasy game. Help them consider realistic options by having students write an essay about their likes/interests and struggles. Then choose appropriate career clusters/tracks.

My students like how this activity helps them make sense of the career clusters, and many realize that what they originally said they wanted to have as their transition goal is not something they would actually enjoy doing.
