Looking for a fun interactive review game to reinforce your students knowledge of United States coin equivalents in math? This fun, quick, no-print, no-prep activity will be an immensely popular resource with your young students! It comes with two separate games (10 questions each). Boom Card versions will soon be added as well!:) In game one, students figure out how many of one type of a coin equals another type of coin (up to a dollar bill). In game 2 students see how much an item is worth, then look at the words to make a choice as to which answer does or does not (depending on the the question on the slide) equal the cost of the item. This game is in pdf form so make sure you have the type of software (such as Adobe Acrobat) to open it.
Suggestions for how to Use: Have students work in groups, use the activity as a workstation on your Smartboard (or projected whiteboard) or as a fun way to review or conclude your money unit.
For those of you who use a Mac, make sure to open the file in Adobe Reader so the hyperlinks will work.
