Looking for a fun interactive review game (in PDF form and now Boom Card decks) to reinforce your students knowledge of United States coin equivalents in math? This fun, quick, no-print, no-prep activity will be an immensely popular resource with your young students! It comes with two separate PDF games (10 each game ) and two sets of Boom Cards (17 slides each). In game one, students figure out how many of one type of a coin equals another type of coin (up to a dollar). In game 2 students see how much an item is worth, then look at the words to make a choice as to which answer does or does not (depending on the the question on the slide) equal the cost of the item. You will need Adobe Acrobat to open pdf versions. Suggestions for how to Use: Have students work in groups, use the activity as a workstation on your Smartboard (or projected whiteboard) or as a fun way to review or conclude your money unit.

Boom Cards make a great station for your learning centers (use with iPads, Chromebooks or on your SmartBoards), as work for early finishers and/or for differentiation, for assigning a deck as "homework" and/or as part of your blizzard bag work.
