Case Study Questions and CER Question with scaffold

This resource is an outline to help students read through a case study. This questioning could be used with any case study for any unit.

In my classroom, I used this assignment to look at the usage of antibiotics with the case studies from the following website: https://www.testtargettreat.com/en/home/educational-resources/case-studies.html

This resource ALSO includes a CER response asking students to determine if their patient needs antibiotics and why. This is in a word document format; easily editable to change the question for the unit or case study you are using. As a benefit, I have also included a graphic organizer to help students plan out their writing before they write a response!
