Chuck Noland is obsessed with time as a FedEx executive. When his plane goes down and he is stranded on a remote Pacific Island, he must transform himself physically, mentally, and emotionally in order to survive. This is an emotionally gripping movie that really focuses on the paradoxes of life that we only experience in extreme situations. It presents the perfect backdrop to consider what we would do if our character was tested in a similar situation.
