Let's face it!
Not every kid knows what a dramaturg is! And that's okay! That's what teachers are for. I used this worksheet to explain to the students prior to casting what I was looking for. This was a way that I could guarantee that they knew the amount of hard work it takes for each cast and crew member. It also helps justify the amount of experience that they are learning throughout productions and helps you with answering parents and administrators with the dreaded question "what is the child learning in your class?". Well here it is, plain and simple. It takes a village, to put on a show! (new saying, you can quote me!)
