In my Introduction to Business and Marketing I do a semester long project on food trucks. The project is designed to integrate key course concepts into business ownership. My students are placed in groups and work throughout the semester to create a business plan, marketing plan, financial plan, social media campaign, etc. for their food truck. The Catering an Event: Food Truck Budget project can be used in junction with the other assignments in my store or completed as a stand alone project.
