I created these tickets as a positive reinforcement strategy for classroom management. All you need to do is print, cut, and hand out to on-task students. There are lots of ways to use these tickets to reward students. Here are some of my ideas!
- Students collect tickets in a baggie and can use them as a classroom currency for teacher created rewards or class store. ( 5 tickets = piece of candy, 20 tickets = lunch with teacher, etc)
- Students write names on tickets and put into a jar for a drawing (daily/weekly/etc)
- One or two students designated as "scouts" to hand out a certain number of tickets during a lesson.
- If your admin walks through classrooms frequently, get them involved! Ask them to pass out a few tickets on their walkthroughs so kids know that everyone is holding them accountable for hard work/good behavior.
Let me know in the comments what great ideas you have for these!
