PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Many students struggle with identifying the cause and effect in nonfictional texts. This activity uses an article from commonlit.org to help students identify cause and effect and then apply that knowledge to analyze each cause and effect block given and match it within the correct cause and effect chart.

Link to article, 15 cause & effect chart cards, 15 different sets of cause & effect boxes, and answer key are included.
