Students will love creating a timeline of causes of the American Revolution
This activity provides students with a timeline of major causes of the American Revolution along with a brief description of each event. This student created timeline makes a great visual reference for students, and is perfect for use in interactive notebooks! The differentiated options provide three levels of scaffolding to make this accessible for all of your students.
Three options are included for easy differentiation: scaffolded notes, dated timeline for students to write in the events, and blank timelines with event cards to cut & glue.
Causes of the Revolution include:
British troops arrive in Boston
Boston Tea Party
First Continental Congress
Battles of Lexington and Concord
This is a great review after teaching the Causes of the American Revolution or before testing!
