    Causes of the Revolutionary War Interactive Notes

    Interactive PowerPoint Notes are a great way to engage your students in content related to your curriculum. This resource is aligned with the Causes of the Revolutionary War unit in The Teacher's Prep store but can be used independently, as well.

    When using this interactive PowerPoint, students can click on elements of the slides to reveal important information about a variety of topics related to the events that led up to the American Revolution. (See a comprehensive list of topics included below!)

    There's also a version compatible with Google Slides included! It's not interactive, due to the way Google Slides is designed, but has all the information that your students need to complete the interactive notebooks.

    The Causes of the Revolution Interactive PowerPoint is intended as a resource for late-elementary and middle school ages. It is not editable.

    Revolutionary Americans Layered Book Activity and Informational Text

    Engage your students in learning about the causes of the Revolutionary War through the use of a layered booklet and corresponding informational text! This resource is an opportunity for your students to learn more about the actions of important American figures in the years leading up to the Revolutionary War.

    This resources covers: Crispus Attucks, Paul Revere, Benjamin Franklin, Patrick Henry, George Washington, John Adams, Alexander Hamilton, Samuel Adams and Thomas Jefferson.

    The layered booklet fits easily in the pocket of a folder or binder and comes ready-made for your students to add handwritten notes. There are also five pages of informational text included. You can provide your students with supplemental reading, if you wish, or they can use the text provided to fill out their notes in the layered foldable.

    The resource includes paper pages for printing. There are two versions of the interactive booklet: one in black and white and one in color. There are five pages of informational text included.

    On each page of the foldable, students will fill out the following notes:

    Causes of the American Revolution Bingo-Style Game (FREE!)

    This is a bingo review game that covers topics related to the causes of the American Revolution. It is a great tool to use before a test or to check for understanding during an instructional unit on the causes of the Revolutionary War.

    Included in this download is an instruction page for the teacher, a blank bingo board (with directions) for students, and a question/answer key for the teacher. The key offers multiple questions to enable the teacher to choose which best fits the needs of the students.
