Happy 100th day to those of you who celebrate this in your class! Each year I do something to help my students celebrate the accomplishment of finishing the first 100 days of class. This 100th day packet is geared towards “big kids”, specifically 3rd
or 4th grades.
I have designed this to be either an in class or an at home project, and it can be
done individually, with a partner, or in small groups. This packet is made to help
students reflect on how our society was 100 years ago, and also to imagine what
things will be like 100 years from now.
This will help students reflect on science advances, famous Americans, movies, schools, stores, communication, cars, Presidents, and more!
You can have students handle this as a group/class
research project, or you may choose to have this be done as a take-home assignment. If you have any questions, please leave them in my Q&A.
I have included ideas on how to use this packet, as well as two different page formats and a venn diagram.
