This print-and-go QuickNotes set is a fast and easy way to introduce students to the topic of the cell cycle or mitosis! Have you ever needed a clear, concise notes page for your students? I created these notes and activities as a resource for my students after realizing that they needed more organization for notes in their interactive notebooks. I soon realized that they had other benefits- a consistent structure that students can recognize and anticipate, an easy-to-understand activity to go along with the notes, and a quick, concise reference that stopped students from getting lost in extra detail. This product includes a fun tabbed foldable that can be used for the cell cycle (interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, cytokinesis) or just for the stages of mitosis- there are options for both! Students will need access to scissors and a stapler to assemble the foldable.
This download includes the following:
*A teacher's guide with tips and tricks to using these notes
*3 different versions of tabbed foldable notes sized to fit in an interactive composition notebook, from a fully filled-in page with pictures to a blank outline- add as much or as little detail as your students need! There are separate pages for a cell cycle cover, a mitosis cover, and each phase- pick and choose what you use.
*4 different versions of a summary activity sized for interactive notebooks, 2 for the cell cycle as a whole and 2 for mitosis
