Description

Cell Cycle Review Game: The game of trashketball is an editable PowerPoint template with directions.

Two Versions
Option 1- The cell cycle, mitosis and cytokinesis (omits meiosis)
Option 2- The cell cycle, mitosis, cytokinesis and meiosis (includes meiosis).

Up to 33 editable questions that cover all the important components of the cell cycle to help prepare your students for a test. Editable so that you can tailor the review to meet your classroom's needs.

Topics include: chromosome forms, sister chromatids, homologous chromosomes, diploid vs haploid, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, crossing over, interphase, purpose of mitosis and meiosis, types of cells, etc.

In the game of trashketball students try to answer questions. If they get it right, they can try for another 2 or 3 points by shooting the trashketball into the bin! It's a slam dunk!
