This notebook organizer takes the student through photosynthesis and cellular respiration, learning the who, what, when, where, why and how of each. As the students fill-in each page, they are able to see that each process is the opposite of the other as far as the equation is concerned. Teachers have the option to have students fill in the pages in their own way. The last page has a template of the mitochondria and chloroplast where students fill them in according to the teachers lecture or from their own research. I have put "stairsteps" on the thylakoid and on the inner membrane of the mitochondria for the electron transport pathway. If you don't want to teach it as an energy stairstep you can just white out the stairs and fill it in with a black pen. I have tutorials on both processes that use the same templates. Look for them under "Photosynthesis and Cellular Respiration Tutorials." Student examples have been provided.
