This is a small bundle on cell structure and function. Included is an article that I use as notes along with a completed set of notes that I would expect from my middle school students. I have also included a task cards to reinforce the reading, with a page of blank task cards if you want to add more. There is a graphic organizer that students can complete for homework or as a follow-up to their reading. Lastly, there is a diagram of a plant and animal cell, along with a key. There are several diagrams included with varying levels of complexity, to meet the needs of your students. A great follow-up to this could be spending 1-2 days to allow students to create their own cell analogy (students may choose a principal of a school to represent the nucleus of the cell, etc).
