This is the perfect worksheet/graphic organizer to follow up your lesson on cell structures. It allows students to not just define the organelles, but identify their function as well as determine which type of cell these cell features are found within.
If you are one of those teachers that can't make enough copies for every student, then have them answer everything on a separate page or in their notes/interactive notebook.
I have found that this worksheet fixes the misconception that students have in regards to plant cells. They have this idea that plant cells do not have mitochondria! ACK! I have used this with regular biology allowing them to use their notes and books to fill it out. For AP bio kids, they could do this as a quiz!
