Product Description
This worksheet is designed for biology students studying the different types of cellular transport and how a cell maintains homeostasis.

This can be used as a lesson, review, study guide or worksheet. Students will draw diagrams with high and low concentrations, indicate if it is active transport or passive transport, draw an arrow on the diagram to indicate direction of movement and write keywords to distinguish between the different types of transport.

Terms used in this review include: simple diffusion, filtration, facilitated diffusion, osmosis, hypertonic, hypotonic, isotonic, exocytosis, endocytosis, membrane pumps, active transport and passive transport

For years, I've had great success with this review in my own classroom. It has been particularly effective in helping my students to prepare for Pennsylvania's Keystone Biology Exam.
