A different approach to book reports! Students will get excited when they have to read a biography or autobiography and create a cereal named after the subject in their book! This is a great alternative to book reports and a fun way to get kids to read non-fiction books.
This interative activity includes the instructions for students and the rubric for grading their presentations. Students will need to check out a biography/autobiography to read independently. You decide how long (one month, one quarter, etc) and when students read (in class, at home, etc).
Most importatly, HAVE FUN!!
