Product Description
This is a speech therapy motivational tool I use with my students. Each cloud has an objective and/or goal for the "ch" sound. When the students progress to the next objective/goal, they move their dragon to that cloud. "Climb the Clouds" also encourages students to take responsibility for their own success.

This tool has a place for the student's name, so they can be individualized to each student.

Laminate for reuse!

This particular item is for the "ch" sound. Please check out my other speech therapy motivational products. This freebie is specifically for "ch," while my other products can be individualized to the student's target sound. There is one goal/objective listed on each cloud and are as follows:

-"ch" in isolation
-"ch" in syllables
-initial "ch" in words
-final "ch" in words
-medial "ch" in words
-initial "ch" in phrases
-final "ch" in phrases
-medial "ch" in phrases
-initial "ch" in sentences
-final "ch" in sentences
-medial "ch" in sentences
"ch" in structured conversation
-goal!!

This is how I use it my speech therapy sessions:

I laminate the cloud page and dragons; I cut the dragons out after laminating. If I have time, I really like to add Velcro to the dragon and the cloud page. Doing this secures the dragon to the page. When I’m running short on time, I tape the dragon to the cloud page instead of using Velcro. I have also be known to put my cloud pages in sheet protectors instead of laminating because it's so much quicker ;) (then you need to use Velcro or staples if you want the dragon to remain attached until the student moves to another cloud).

I have the student place their dragon on the cloud/objective they have just met. Another option is placing the dragon on the cloud/objective they are currently working on.

This item also serves as a great tool during ARC meetings. I show the parents and other educators what the student must do in order to meet a goal, and depending on the type of meeting, it’s also a good way to show them the progress the student has made since the last annual review.
