This PowerPoint presentation focuses on both internal and external challenges facing the early United States. Specifically, students will examine the causes and threats posed by the Whiskey Rebellion and how the national government dealt with that rebellion. Additionally, students will examine the effects of the French Revolution on American policy, as well as problems created by the British policy of impressment and Spain's refusal to allow the United States access to the Mississippi River.
The presentation is saved using a Calibri font and as a Word 97-2003 file.
