This exit ticket has five multiple choice questions about changes in state (melting, freezing, sublimation, vaporization, and condensation). Students identify changes in state by example, definition application, and particle movement. The exit ticket provides a quick check of understanding for both students and teachers. There are two copies of the same exit ticket on one page so the teacher can reduce copying time and paper waste by printing fewer copies and cutting them in half. The exit ticket also comes in a full page version with larger font.
This exit ticket is part of two different money saving packages.
Package One: Changes in States of Matter PACKAGE
Package Two: Middle School Science Exit Ticket Super Package
