A Christmas Carol Themed Activity: During or After Reading Character Analysis Activity for Any Text

This activity is designed for use during or after reading any novel (whole class novel study or independent reading) or short story. Similar to "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens, students will select a character and his/her weaknesses to analyze. After identifying and illustrating scenes that reveal the character's flaws, students will determine a message to be shared by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come.
