Students use a graphic organizer to track the changes a character goes through in a story. They must identify character traits that are exhibited in the beginning of the story with supporting evidence, and then they identify character traits that are exhibited at the end of the story, also supported by text evidence. There is space provided for students to explain why the character underwent a change.
This can be used for assessment, a discussion guide, or as a planning page for a paragraph or longer writing analyzing a character.
Three different versions are offered depending on your needs/preferences.
