THE JUDGE-Saying No----Entire class participation: Students will see what will eventually happen if you don't learn to say "no" to peers who are up to no good. A character in this skit didn't say "no" and followed peers. The end result was trouble. Meet The Judge who advocate good character qualities. "The Judge" has no problem bringing order and correction in a firm way and eventually reveals that everyone can change for the better and become a valuable asset to those around. Students will learn to be themselves, say "no" and do what is civil. In this courtroom setting The Judge will emphasize the importance of transforming your life for the better. Script was carefully written so either a male or female can select any role and the entire class can participate. Students can use own name if it deems easier. Just choose a part and write all names before printing or beginning the skit. Group parts should be considered equally important and not less than the main character's part. Group parts should be fun and spoken in unison, in sync, ad lib and dramatic. Skits can be used for a class lesson, assemblies, drama clubs and higher grades can perform for the younger. Great for teacher evaluation. As with all my products please feel free to adjust to fit your classroom schedule and needs. You may shorten by blocking out scenes and/or parts if skit is too lengthy.
