Having the ability to show kindness is an important life skill. Research shows that practicing kindness improves self-esteem and our relationships with other people.
Practicing kindness can also decrease stress and feelings of depression. Additionally, there are research findings that suggest that children who are kind are less susceptible to bullying.
Given all the positive benefits of practicing kindness, I created this resource to help teach children the importance of kindness and also to show them practical, everyday ways they can practice being kind.
