Product Description

Use this assessment to test knowledge of character motivations. This can be used after teaching motivations of characters during The Whipping Boy Guidebook Unit or after teaching it with another text. Students will be required to read two texts in which characters have similar motivations and answer questions about both texts individually and then write an essay integrating knowledge from both texts.

Both texts can be found in the 4th grade Journey's textbook or with the following links: http://handouts.abs.edu.kw/elem/Assignments%20%20Handouts/Grade%2004/English/Journeys%20Unit%20Stories/G4-My%20Brother%20Martin.PDF http://misslabriehamptonhawks.weebly.com/uploads/2/4/3/9/24395937/u4+l19unlocked.compressed.pdf
