In this worksheet, students will think closely and critically about a particular character in a story. They will answer questions pertaining to the character's appearance and personality, and they will also have to find actual textual evidence that informs the reader about the character. ***The questions are not for a specific story or genre - this can be applied to any story.***
This is a great go-to exercise after a reading selection. It forces students to think about the characterization in the story, and it allows them to be creative. It can be fun to allow students to share out to the class and open up a group discussion. I have used this resource sooooo many times, it's very useful.
