This resource includes the following 3 character trait games/centers:

First Center: Character Trait Mazes
Students are given a character trait. In order for them to complete the maze correctly, students must shade in sentences that say something a character with that trait would say, do, or think.

Included: 5 character trait mazes, a student recording sheet to help you understand your students' thinking, and answer keys.

Second Center: Character Traits Spin
Students use a pencil and a paper clip to "spin" a certain character trait. Then, they have to write down a paragraph explaining something that a character with that trait would do, say, or think. 3 different pages with different spinners are included. This makes a fun character trait writing activity.

Third Center: Character Traits Sort
This can be an independent, partner, or small group activity. Students must match up paragraphs that describe something a character with the correct character trait.

Included: 6 character trait cards, 18 detail cards, student recording sheet, and answer key

The Character Trait Mazes and Character Traits Spin are no prep activities. The Character Trait Sort require a little cutting and optional laminating.

This a great way for your 3rd grade or 4th grade students to practice what they have learned about character traits. This can also be used as a character trait station.
