My students really enjoyed using these templates.
On the first day we read a story together as a class and completed the template together. On the following day, we read a second story together and the students completed their own template, before coloring it in. On the third day, my class watched a story on the iPad (they chose from a selection of 3) and completed the recording sheet independently as a literacy center.
